She was predeceased by: her parents, William Charles Blackmon and Emily Elizabeth Johnston. She is survived by: her daughters, Rhonda Scott of Calhoun, Beth Hernandez of Calhoun and Terri Charmayne Carroll of Rome, Georgia; and her siblings, Alice Johnston Pendleton of Kennesaw, Georgia and Robert William Blackmon of Rome. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
