He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Emerson Patrick and Annie Brown Patrick; his wife Beverly Stoner Patrick; his sons-in-law, Kent Dean and Michael Worley; his granddaughter Rebecca Patrick; and his siblings, Luther Patrick, Cecil Patrick, Connie Payne, Bernice Ott and Flora Brooks.
He is survived by: his children, Wade Patrick (Mickey), James David Scanlon (Ina), Selina Schwanitz (Paul), Sabrina Dean and Claudia Worley; his brother Kenneth Patrick; and his grandchildren, Sommer Bennett (Brandon), Brandi Miller (Matt), Sayward Fite (Adam), Samantha Spinks (Chris), Joseph Patrick (Amber), Stephany Gaspard, Katie McFalls (Chris), Jeremy Gaspard (Lindsey) and John Dean. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
