It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sharion Virginia Stewart of Calhoun, Georgia, who passed away on April 28, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bud Barton and Johnnie Mae Barton; her husband James Stewart; and her siblings, Donnie Barton and Helen Ellis.
She is survived by: her children, Lynn Blankenship (Debra), Lesa Reece (Wade), Marsha Stone (Rodney), Carol Hilton (Tim), Pam Smith and Pat Bryson; her siblings, Jerry Barton (Linda), Delbert Barton and Sue Reed (Mike); her grandchildren, Amber Bell, Garrett Bell, Wade Bell, Katelyn Blankenship, Logan Blankenship of Sabra Ford, J. R, Casey, Stewart Casey, Kenny Hilton and Brian Hilton; and her great grandchildren, Maddox Bell, Evan Santana, Brianna Howard, Elaina Howard, Noah Lowery, Abigail Lowery, Gavin Reece and Zoe Farmer.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home (705 Old Red Bud Rd, Calhoun, GA 30701). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Sugar Valley Church of God (123 Sugar Valley Rd NW, Calhoun, GA 30701).
