She was predeceased by: her parents, John Thomas and Jeanette Holloway Miller; her husband Verlyn Hayes; her parents-in-law, Walker and Mamie Hayes; and her siblings-in-law, Paul Hayes, Eugene Hayes, Lamar Davis and Margaret Whitfield.
She is survived by: her daughters, Yvette (Donald Stanley) and Kyle (Danny Lovingood); her grandchildren, Derek Stanley (Jennifer), Tiffany Hammontree (Jacob), Brittany Bone (Seth), Dustin Lovingood and Jose Torrens; her great grandchildren, Gunnar and Leland Hammontree; and her siblings-in-law, Robert Hayes (Dixie), Clyde Hayes (Phyllis), Greta Hayes, Eva Hayes, Helen Davis and Shirley Gibson (Richard).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or Shriners Hospitals for Children.
