He is survived by: his wife Elaine Krumm Gilbert; his children, Jodi Gilbert Brumlow (Terry), Julie Gilbert Williams (Erik), Aaron Gilbert and Christina Gilbert Frierson (Kennedy); his grandchildren, Lindsey Brumlow Moss (Ryan), Jackson Brumlow (Lauren), Anna Grace Williams, Madeleine Frierson, Jake Williams and Parker Frierson; his great grandchildren, Emerson Moss, Jack Brumlow, Reece Brumlow and Miller Moss; and his sister Joyce Gilbert Jones.
