She was predeceased by: her parents, Berry Wilson Johns and Cora Lee Goforth Johns; her sons, James Willis Hollingsworth, Ricky Hollingsworth and Christopher Hollingsworth; and her siblings, Malisey Mae Dutton, Edna Lee Blake, Betty Katherine Freeman, Martha Dutton, Margaret Lewis, Ruth Muse, Leroy Johns and Wesley Johns.
She is survived by: her children, Janice Marie Nix (Levi), Tammy Gibbs (Dewayne) and Jesse Hollingsworth; and her grandchildren, Joshua, Ashley, Hannah, Ruby, James III, Tina, Tonya, Katelynn, Waynie, Latrissa, Kayla, Christopher, Cody, Rebecca, Jesse, Jessica and Cameron. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephew, and other relatives.
