He is survived by: his wife Sandra West Scoggins; his son Shawn Craig Scoggins (Tina); his grandchildren, Matthew Scoggins, Lily and Alex; his brother Carl Scoggins; his siblings-in-law, Judy Born Scoggins and Bobo Young; and his nieces and nephews, Brandon Young, Kyle Young, Dustin Scoggins, Jennifer Hendley, Alton Scoggins, Natasha Worthan and Bridgett Martin.
