He was predeceased by: his mother Evelyn Cole Simpson. He is survived by: his father Robert "Stanley" Simpson of Calhoun, Georgia; his aunts and uncles, William, Dixie Dutton of Moulton, Ala, Harold "Buddy" and Charlotte Cole of Pensacola, Florida; and his cousins, Jeff Dutton of Nashville, Chad Cole of Pensacola and Chasity Cole of Decatur, Ala.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be made in memory of Mickey to your favorite charity.
