He was predeceased by: his father Carl Russell Rhinehart; and his brother David Rhinehart. He is survived by: his mother Flora Mary Beraldi Rhinehart; his wife Pamela Gee Rhinehart; his children, Nolan Rhinehart (Candice), Nelson Rhinehart (Emily) and Nicole Rhinehart Vaughan (Stephen); his grandchildren, Easton Rhinehart, Emerson Mae Rhinehart, Reed Rhinehart and Tripp Vaughan; and his siblings, Tom Rhinehart (Ann), Jon Rhinehart (Toni), Jim Rhinehart (Tricia), Carrie Wallace (Don) and Joan Wenth (Philip). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
