As Richard David departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Richard David may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Richard David leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his mother Rita Greck Parlo. He is survived by: his father Jack Parlo; his wife Lorraine "Rainy" Parlo; his children, Gwen Barca (Dino) and Richard David Parlo, Jr.; his grandchildren, Gianna Barca and Carmine Barca; and his siblings, Jack Parlo, Jr. (Gale), Janice Simpf (Thomas) and Robert "Bob" Parlo (Susan).
A funeral Mass was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Clements Catholic Church (875 Hwy 53, Calhoun, GA 30701).
