He was predeceased by: his parents, Catherine Schneider Surdykowski and Theodore Surdykowski. He is survived by: his sons, Paul (Heather) and Andrew (Paula); his wife Betty Ann; his son Dick (Tracy); his brothers, Joseph and Jimmy; his grandchildren, Richard, Caitlyn (Dick), Jake, Ben, Drew (Paul) and Laine (Andrew); and his siblings-in-law, Phil Reilly and Mary Hentschel. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
