We are sad to announce that on December 18, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Richard Alan Cusick of Calhoun, Georgia, born in Evansville, Indiana. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Cusick and Ruth Faust Cusick; and his brother Wayne Cusick. He is survived by: his wife Judith Cox Cusick; his sisters, Rita Zeity and Jan Cusick; and his niece Dawn Zeity. He is also survived by one daughter; one step-son; one step-daughter; nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
