He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Mullins and Marilynn Sedlin Mullins. He is survived by: his children, Cody Mullins (Callie), Tabitha Mullins and Brittany Allen (Christopher); and his siblings, Ronald Mullins (Clytie) and Lori Carver. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Thomas Funeral Home (535 Red Bud Rd NE, Calhoun, GA 30701).
