He is survived by: his parent Wylene Simmons Towe; his wife Phyllis Fain Towe; his children, Brandon Towe and Heather Maddox (Josh); his sisters, Pam Newton (Joey), Brenda, Daniel and Shelia Padgett (Donald); and his grandchildren, Dakota, Mason Maddox, Branson and Brooklyn Towe.
