She is survived by: her husband Kim Boyd; her daughters, Donna (Steve Morrow), Becky (Tony Temple) and Lisa McPherson; her grandchildren, Kevin Lambert (Crystal), Andy Lambert, Sara Rickett, Chad Temple (Melanie), Jennifer Gilfoil (Cully), Russ Morrow (Brittany), Ryan Morrow, Cheyenne Temple, Anthony Hall, Billy Morrow and Eli Temple; her stepchildren, Charlie Jo Clayton and Heath Boyd; and her siblings, Mike Goforth, Vicky Hudson and Patsy Davidson.
