He is survived by: his wife Margie Hales Harkins Petty; his children, Kenneth Harkins (April), Bruce Harkins (Robin), Kay Young (Grady) and Faye Timms (Gary); his siblings, Jackie Petty (Kathy), Jimmie Petty (Suzanne), Lila Phillips (Kenneth), Ruth Hice (R. M.) and Kathy Huff; his grandchildren, Nathan Underwood, Tiffany Moore, Cody Timms, Joshua Harkins, Kaleb Harkins, Christopher Timms, Seth Harkins and Luke Harkins; and his great grandchildren, Lilly Moore, Chole Underwood, Zane Moore, Emirsyn Timms, Juliana Timms, Nathianel Timms and Luca Harkins.
