She was predeceased by: her husband Columbus Crook; her daughters, Mary Nell Perry (Egan) and Ellaree Smith; her children-in-law, Kenneth Chapman and Annette Crook; her grandchildren, Danny Perry, Shirlon Bryant and Kenny Chapman; and her grandson-in-law Ricky Brookshire.
She is survived by: her parents, George W. Hambrick and Molly Long Hambrick; her children, Bertha Chapman, James Crook and Barbara Jean Jones (Alan); her grandchildren, David Perry (Annie Ruth), Donna Samples (Greg), Denise Brookshire, Jamie Crook, Allison Lewis (Howard), Lisa Payne (Tommy) and Dusty Jones; and her granddaughter-in-law Vickie Chapman. She is also survived by Great-grandchildren.
