She was predeceased by: her parents, Ed DeFoor and Jeannie Caldwell DeFoor; her husband Norman Roy Hollingsworth; and her brothers, J. E. DeFoor, Everett DeFoor, Pedro DeFoor, Otto DeFoor and Tolbert DeFoor.
She is survived by: her children, Gina Hollingsworth Simonson (Sam) and Rick Hollingsworth; and her caregivers, Vonda York, Janine Black, Laqutta Steely and Angie Shoemaker. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
