He is survived by: his wife Margaret Howell of Calhoun; his children, Napoleon Howell, Jr. of Atlanta, Rodney Howell (Tiwanna) of Knoxville, Xavier Howell of Calhoun and Nicole Campbell (Acie) of Knoxville; his stepchildren, Maranda Wilson of Calhoun and Martinez Hammett (Keisha) of Calhoun; his siblings, Charles Howell (Annette) of Janardo Howell and Kathy Tate (Gary); his aunts, Margaret Thompson of Knoxville and Janice Hayes of Fairburn; his siblings-in-law, Carolyn Smith (Clark), Helen McMullin of Calhoun, Shirley Farmer (Eugene) of Summerville, GA., John Curtis (Earnestine) of Calhoun and Nevin Harris (Linelle) of Calhoun; and his uncles, Hiram Hawkins (Linda) of Calhoun, Donald Richie (Frances) and David Richie of Knoxville. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
