She is survived by: her husband William; her daughters, Connie Stomps and Nancy Mullins; her siblings, Charley Chadwick, Roy Chadwick, Jerry Chadwick, Grace Walker and Patsy Hughey; her grandchildren, Ali-Nicole, Richard, Jared, Jason and Ashley; her great grandchildren, Mackenzie, Katrina, Harrison, Paige and Caleb; and also, Rick and Jim. She is also survived by nieces & nephews.
