He is survived by: his wife Pamela Sue Haehl Biggs of Resaca; his son Mark Douglas Biggs (Jessica) of Luthersville; his sister Dolores Meadows (Larry); and his grandchildren, Kayla Browning (Anthony), Brittany Nelson (Nick) and Mark Biggs, Jr.. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
