She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodrow Turner Willamson and Ruby Estelle Farmer; her husband Melvin Lee Thompson; her daughters, Connie Davis and Teresa Guice; and her grandson Jamie Welchel.
She is survived by: her children, Paul Smith, Gene, Judy Smith and Susie Parker; her brother Johnny; and her sister-in-law Rhoda Williamson. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren; 17 great great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
