She was predeceased by: her parents, John Henry Holbert and Hattie Price Holbert; her sons, David Dewayne Ford and Johnny Edward Ford; and her siblings, Robert Holbert, Harold Holbert, Evelyn Green and Jean Hardin.
She is survived by: her children, Keith Holbert (Darlene) and Deborah Stevens; her grandchildren, Will Stevens, Brandon Silvers, Erika Silvers, Kenneth Nix, Adam Nix and Carter Nix; her great grandchildren, Wade Stepp and Paysleigh Stepp; her siblings, John Holbert (Martha), Barbara Penson and Joan Overby; her nephew Brian Holbert; and her caregiver Emily Temple. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
