We are sad to announce that on October 14, 2018, at the age of 87, Mary Ruth Holsomback Shelton (Calhoun, Georgia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parent John Lewis Holsomback; her husband John D. Shelton, Jr.; and her sister Frances Holsomback Pullen. She is survived by: her parent Pearl White Holsomback; her children, Sandra Robbins, Vaughn Robbins, Susan Hamilton and Lanny Hamilton; and her great grandchildren, Gorman Comer, Emily Robbins and Lyons Comer.

Donations may be made to the Shriner's Hospital for Children in addition to flowers.
