We are sad to announce that on August 16, 2023, at the age of 76, Martin Vaughn of Calhoun, Georgia, born in Griffin, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlton Imes Vaughn, Sr. and Alice Beth Martin Vaughn; his sister Martha Beth Vaughn McCall; his grandson Christopher Deric Cook; and his nephew Anthony Martin McCall.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Prewitt Vaughn (Beth); his daughters, Betty Vaughn Briones (Josh) and Ellen Vaughn Parker; his grandchildren, Annie Gamble (Tim), Fern Cook and Dani Tate; his goddaughter Ella Rose Briones (Evie Alice Briones); his great grandchild Philip Scott Gamble; his brother Carlton Imes Vaughn Jr.; and his nieces, Mia Vaughn and Amanda McCall.
