She is survived by: her husband Rev. Roy Cruse Smith; her children, Tammy Leonard (Danny), Jennifer Smith, Misty McClure (Shawn), Christy Stewart, Jane Brandenburg, Glenn Ellison, Geron Culberson (Thelma) and Scott Culberson (Tina); her sister Mary; her brother-in-law Russell Manis; her grandchildren, Justin Ellison, Crystal Barnhart (Sam), Ashley Hyde (Joe), Brittany Ballew (Josh), Kiersten Culberson, Caleb Culberson (Abbie), Hollie Walker (Landon), Kirk Leonard (Stephanie), Dakota Culberson (Lace), Tekoa Culberson, Chase, Clay Stewart and Blake Smith; her close friends, Dottie Dutton, Tanya Whitehead, Teresa Short and Geraline Wheaton; and also Roy Cruse Smith. She is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren.
