It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Marsha McDaniel of Calhoun, Georgia, born in Dalton, Georgia, who passed away on August 13, 2020, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Marshall Smithey and Charlotte Witherow Smithey; her husband Flipper McDaniel; and her daughters, Marla Hall, Mayla Jackson (Rhett) and Etta McDaniel. She is also survived by several friends and other relatives.
