She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Howard, Janet Purkey and Tiny Saylor. She is survived by: her parents, Jessica Purkey Saylor and Justin Saylor; and her grandfather Lester Saylor. She is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers the family respectfully wishes donations to be made to them to assist with hospital expenses.
