She is survived by: her parent Dorothy Smith Starkey; her husband Dallas Tinch; her daughters, Tristen Hudson and Cassidy Tinch; her siblings, Steve Starkey, Jeff Starkey, Anita McMahan, Karen Burk and Toby Baldwin (Tracy); her grandchildren, Alicia and Cadiance; and her sister-in-law Sherry Carter.
