He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Wheeler and Minnie Brand Wheeler; and his brother Kerry Wheeler. He is survived by: his wife Diane Wheeler; his daughters, Monica Hiles (Anthony), Charma Cochran (Brett) and Belinda Pack (Mitchelle); his siblings, Kenneth Wheeler (June), David Wheeler (Tina), Grover Wheeler (Jennifer) and Emily Stone; his grandchildren, Morgan Wheeler, Bryson Peace, Angel of Kansas, Matthew McAbee, Maggie McBrayer, Andrew Cochran, Loren Hiles, Presley Hiles and Penelope Hiles; and his great grandchild Taylon Wheeler.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund for Agent Orange victims or the Prostate Cancer Foundation.
