She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Lee Dixon and Bernice Boazs Dixon. She is survived by: her son James Owens, III; her grandchildren, Jamal Montez Owens, Hyson Golden and Nakia Starr Owens; her great grandchild Nadjah Angelil Felicien; her siblings, Edna Aker (Rodney), Darlene Gray, Willie Dixon, Travis Byrd, Godbrother and Doug McArthur; and her niece Benita Tynette Stawder. She is also survived by other loving nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
Due to Covid -19 Restrictions and the decision of the immediate family there will not be a service.
