He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Reynolds, and Van Bailey Reynolds, Sr.; and his brothers, Charlie Reynolds, Jr., J. D. Reynolds, Matthew Reynolds and William Reynolds.
He is survived by: his children, Vanessa Batts (Vurne), Lamar Reynolds (Sharon), Ricky Reynolds, Darrell Reynolds (Jessica) and Shane Reynolds; and his sister Mamie Sewell (Willard). He is also survived by four grandchildren; nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
