He was predeceased by: his parent Sammy Phillips; and his parents-in-law, Tommy and Faye Goodnight. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Worley Burkhart (Randy); his wife Cynthia Phillips; his children, Jason Phillips, Justin Phillips (Natosha) and Christina McAlpine (Bryan); his sisters, Tracy Thacker (Jeff) and Kelly Gentry (Cary); and his grandchildren, Parker Phillips, Easton Phillips, Banks Phillips, Rilee Phillips, Kilee Phillips, Waylon Phillips, Emma McAlpine and Riley McAlpine.
Social distancing guidelines must be followed at all times while attending the private family service.
