She was predeceased by: her sister Ruby Smith; and her siblings-in-law, RheldaCasey and Ken Smith. She is survived by: her husband Donald Glen Smith; her son Judge D. Scott; her daughter-in-law Alicia Smith; her daughter Holli; her son-in-law John Leach; her siblings, D. Casey, Rev. Winford (Virginia Casey), Linda Smith, Sandra (Alan Davis) and Rembert Smith; her granddaughters, Molly Smith, Megan Smith, Jaiden Leach and Kinsey Leach; and her close friends, Gail Willis, Kristi Langham, Missy Bagwell, Donna Fox and Pam Tribble. She is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
