She was predeceased by: her parents, Ashley Donald Sandrock and Dorothy Mae Mechler Sandrock; her husband Jerrell Lamonte Puckett; and her brother Paul Sandrock. She is survived by: her children, Keith Puckett (Pam) of Calhoun and Katherine Puckett Brock (Mitchell) of Blue Ridge, GA; her grandchildren, Cody Puckett (Peyton) of Resaca, GA and Mahala Puckett Champion (Gregory) of Fairmount, GA; her great grandchildren, Matthew Puckett and Sloane Puckett of Resaca, GA; her siblings-in-law, Gary Puckett (Sally) of Cartersville, Brenda Puckett of Cartersville and Gloria Sandrock of Bluffton, SC; and her brothers, David Sandrock (Sherry) of Lawrenceville, GA and Robert Sandrock (Connie) of Lexington, KY. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
