She was predeceased by: her parents, King Smith and Mary "Punk" Thomason Smith; and her siblings, Edress Nelson, Kinzel Smith, Kellon Smith, Peggy Smith and Kathy Burchett.
She is survived by: her husband Hershel Cook; her daughter Denna Pratt; and her stepsons, Dean Cook and Dale Cook. She is also survived by several grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
