He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Dink" Galloway and Margaret Greeson; his sister Margie Pendley; and his siblings-in-law, Edward Darnell, Polly, Hughdon Davis, Christine, Floyd Balliew, Arthur, Patsy Owens, Ernest Owens, James Owens and Charles T. Owens.
He is survived by: his wife Lynda Owens Galloway; his children, Brennon Galloway and Sonya Borgers (Brian); his granddaughter Hope Davis (Parker); his sisters, Anne Galloway, Joyce Clark (Jerry), Nancy Dobson (Danny), Patsy Nix (Marvin), Louise Wright (Terry) and Susie Bennett; and his siblings-in-law, Dimple Darnell, Dolly McEntyre, Kenneth Owens (Debbie), Betty Owens, Evelyn Owens and Geneva Owens.
