He was predeceased by: his parent Ben Timms; his wife Lillie Mae Freeman Timms; his brother Vernon Timms; and his great grandchild Arian Jacob Timms. He is survived by: his parent Emma Gallman Timms; his daughters-in-law, Gary Timms, Faye Timms of Nicklesville, Lance Timms, Lesa Timms of Adairsville, Terry Timms and Kim Timms of Calhoun; his grandchildren, Tristan Timms, Cody Timms (Brenda), Christopher Timms (Nikki), Hunter Garrett (Karla) and Hannah Garrett; his great grandchildren, Logan Timms, Jackson Timms, Emirsyn Timms and Lane Garrett; and his sister Ann Lou Brellhart. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and other relatives.
