He was predeceased by: his parents, Herschel Graham and Era Inez Graham. He is survived by: his wife Mary Graham; his children, Nichole Bradshaw (David), Jennifer Tully and Jerry Ray Graham II; his stepsons, Kenny Dunn and Greg Dunn (Cindy); and his siblings, Joyce Langston, Linda Silvers (Jerry), Kyle Graham and Bobby Graham. He is also survived by Five grandchildren and seven step-grandchildren and other relatives.

The family request that flowers be omitted and contributions may be given to assist the family with final expenses.
