He is survived by: his parents, Buddy Jay Payne and Glenda Sue Cooper; his son Kevin Payne (Kami Collins); his brothers, Chris Payne and John Spivey (Nikki Tollison); his grandfather Wayne Bishop; his aunts and uncles, Allen Cooper (Renaye), Jennifer Gaul (Ben), Michelle Alvardo (Darnel) and Scott Bishop; his stepmother Donna Payne; his stepgrandmother Ethel Cooper; his nieces and nephews, Brooke, Danielle, Katlyn Spivey, Meleal, Makaylee Payne, Freya Tollison, Camden, Caleb and Bradley Spivey; his great-niece Bentlee Spivey; and also Gail.
