With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janet Yvonne Hasty Swanson of Calhoun, Georgia, who passed away on February 5, 2024 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carlton Hasty and Verlin Helton Hasty; her siblings, Albert Hasty (Mattie Bell), Delmas Hasty, Delbert Hasty (Bonnie), Ralph Hasty, Lonnie Hasty, Imogene Dockery (Glenn) and Wanda Frix (Charles); her siblings-in-law, James Ray Manuel, Charlie McDougle, Ann Swanson and Onedith Hasty; her son-in-law Wayne Davis; and her brother-in-law Lewis Swanson.
She is survived by: her children, Rita Davis and Darrin; her daughter-in-law Jamie Swanson; her grandsons, Trevor Clayton and Jacob Swanson; her siblings, Augusta Manuel and Michael Hasty (Elda); and her sisters-in-law, Brenda McDougle, Charlotte Hasty and Kathy Hasty. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
