He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl C. Conaway and Snow White Conaway; his wife Gloria Barker Conaway; and his sister Willa Mae Rogers. He is survived by: his children, Shane Defoe (Jana), Darrell Conaway (Susan) and Judy Grant; his grandchildren, Aleigha Ponto, Katelyn Carlson, Kelsi Potts and Tiffany Conaway; and his great grandchildren, Bryleigh Defoe, Cohen Defoe, Mason Ponto, Kaysen Ponto, Maylel Ponto, Aubrey Carlson and Kyley Carlson. He is also survived by great father to his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
