He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Blackstock and Maude Gallman Blackstock; his siblings, Lilian Blackstock Baker, Jean Blackstock Parrott and Richard Lee Blackstock; his grandson Will Blackstock; and his parents-in-law, James and Ruth Brock.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Brock Blackstock; his son James Scott; and his daughter-in-law Gina Dills Blackstock.
