He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Miranda and Luz Adela Merida Miranda; his children, Juan Calderon and Jaqueline Calderon; and his brothers, Julio Calderon and Juan Calderon.
He is survived by: his wife Maria Elena Barrios; and his sisters, Hernestina Calderon and Zoila Calderon.
