He is survived by: his wife Kellie Mullican; his children, Andy Mullican (Melody), Keith Marshall, Emily Mullican Ward, Nicole Solari (Neil) and Katherine "Katie" Marshall; his grandchildren, Julie Ward, Joanna Ward, Everett Reid Mullican and Evan Solari; his brother Patrick Mullican (Lori); and his brother-in-law Robert French.
