He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Harley and Viola Harley; and his sister Eleanor Clemmons. He is survived by: his wife Diana Harley; and his children, Phillip Harley of Wichita, KS, Adam (Tamara Harley) and Jennifer Regouby of Wichita Falls, TX. He is also survived by six grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren.
