She was predeceased by: her parents, Sammy Lee Dixon and Louise Harris Dixon; and her sister Mary Jo Dixon. She is survived by: her close friend Willard Sewell; her children, Tyesha LaShun Dixon of Riverdale and Richard Danta Ware of Gillsville, Georgia; her siblings, Ray Sammy Dixon (Cassandra) of Calhoun, Caphus Arthur of Gainesville, Conary Wade of Calhoun, Georgia, Margaret Dixon Lott of Calhoun and Turkesha Arthur of Gainesville, Georgia.; her aunts, Flora King, Wynell Kennedy and Shirley Ramsey; and her uncle Mack Montgomery. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
