He was predeceased by: his parent George Walter Cornwell; and his siblings, Helen Dunaway, Thelma Calloway, Audry Cornwell, Anita Cornwell, Georgia Cornwell and Henry Cornwell.
He is survived by: his parent Maybelle Higdon Cornwell; his sons-in-law, Michelle Cornwell, Carrie Rich, Katrina Haney, Curtis Haney, Sara Charles and John Charles; his friend Shirley Cornwell; his grandchildren, Kimberly Rich, Christy Prieto, Joshua Haney, Justin Haney, Jordan Haney, Lillian Williams and Aksel Charles; his great grandchildren, Chaysten, Collin, Annalynn, Hayden, Rylie and Irabellia; and also, Lucy Busby, Glass Busby and Lanette Busby.
