He is survived by: his wife Shirley Elzadie Parker Pack; his children, Eddie Pack, Brandy (Ethan Whittier), Trisha (Larry Gaines), Brenda (Mathew Surrette), Margie Bridges and Kadie (Dennis Morris); his grandchildren, Victoria Bradley, Veronica Bradley, James Whittier, Robert Surrette, Daniel Surrette, Jill Silvers, Allison Gaines, Jessica James, Alisha Bridges, Collin Bridges, Joey Wigger, Cyndi Wigger, Christopher Waits and Lisa Waits; his great grandchildren, Ford Shook and Cayde Mueller; his brother Truman Pack; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Jane Pack, Jennlee, J. W. Tanner and Arnold Dixon. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
