He is survived by: his parent Lillie Stepp Holden; his spouse Betty Holden; his children, James Louis Holden and Barbara Ann; his son-in-law Bill Reed; his grandchild Cortney Davis Katelyn (Justin); his great grandchildren, Rylee, Ethan, Savannah and Paxton; his brother-in-law Flora Mae; and also, Estes Postell, Howard Dodson and John Stepp. He is also survived by his brother, Rev. Charles and his wife, Rev. Betty Holden; his sister.
